The Wheel of Prizes It's Easy... At the end of each day or week that the employees meet your incentive goals, you select one person to 'spin' The Wheel of Prizes. For example- * Each day that you have no LOST TIME INJURY, you will have 10 people 'spin' The Wheel of Prizes. OR * Each day that you make production goals, you have 20 people 'spin' The Wheel of Prizes. The Wheel of Prizes will randomly select ONE PRIZE and award it to ONE of the employees who are enrolled as being eligible to win in the database. The software will print a gift certificate on the spot and that employee can call a toll free number to claim their prize. If you prefer, gifts can also be awarded from a supply of ONSITE gifts that we provide for you.
